Shell set to expand use of etracker

Shell has announced that it has decided to expand its usage of the etracker System beyond the Safety Leadership Team Initiative.  It will now be using the System to capture Behavior Observation data, Near Misses, and Unsafe Conditions.  The process will expand to over 5,000 people within multiple sites in Fort McMurray, Canada.

Cal Drive International first to use etracker competency assessment on all employees

Cal Dive International moves to be one of the first to use an etracker Scanning System to track the Competency Assessments of all employees.  This will be used in the Diving Division, the Construction Division, and the Marine Division.  The etracker System provides a unique tracking tool that provides document replication with ease of tracking by person, vessel, and position.  This will complement their existing Leadership, BBS, Surveys, Audits, and Near Miss Programs currently being provided by the etracker System.

Crescent Energy leads use of Scanning Technology for JSA's

Crescent Energy Services is taking a lead role in using Scanning Technology.  They will be using the etracker System for JSA’s, Behavior Observations, Near Misses, Suggestions, Safety Meetings, and the Competency Assessments of all positions within the Company.

ConocoPhillips selects etracker for its Refinery Group

ConocoPhillips selects etracker for its Refinery Group.  After an intensive study, ConocoPhillips has selected the etracker System to be used in its fifteen refineries to track the Behavior Based components of the system and its Audits.  It will be one of the first in the refineries to allow their contactors to log in to see their own data within the portal.  This eliminates the need of ConocoPhillips pushing data out to the various contractors.  The contractors will now be able to pull their own reports and have more specific conversations relative to performance of their employees throughout the plant.
